Welcome to Ekod Design & Home Fixes. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.
1. Services Provided
Ekod Design & Home Fixes offers handyman services, including but not limited to home repairs, remodeling, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. All services are subject to availability.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Online estimates are provided based on the information and photos submitted by the client.
Final pricing may vary upon an in-person assessment before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Booking & Payments
A retainer fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via [list payment methods: cash, credit card, e-transfer, etc.].
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
In case of unexpected delays (e.g., weather, material shortages), we will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on our labor for completed services.
Warranty does not cover client-supplied materials, normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by external factors.
If issues arise within the warranty period, clients must notify us in writing for a follow-up inspection.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear access to the work area and ensure the safety of our technicians.
Any permits or approvals required for the work must be obtained by the homeowner unless stated otherwise.
Personal belongings should be moved or covered to prevent accidental damage during service.
7. Liability & Limitations
Ekod Design & Home Fixes is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or structural issues discovered during the job.
Delays caused by material shortages, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Injuries resulting from improper use of installed fixtures or modifications made after service completion.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, minor scuffs or disturbances may occur in the work area. Clients are responsible for touch-ups beyond the agreed scope.
8. Third-Party Materials & Supplies
If clients provide their own materials, we are not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or warranties associated with those items.
Any additional materials required beyond the estimate will be billed separately.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store client information only for service-related purposes.
Personal details will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
Ekod Design & Home Fixes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes affecting their service agreements.
By booking a service with Ekod Design & Home Fixes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
